About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage production system projects in manufacturing and assembly
- Act as the main point of contact for production, IT, methods, quality, and other departments
- Manage and support cross-functional project teams
- Ensure financial follow-up of projects
- Configure, maintain, and technically evolve the production system
- Guarantee daily operation and contribute to continuous improvement and modernization
- Develop tools, methods, and new production technologies
- Support development of system/machine and system/system interfaces
- Guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of production data and KPIs
- Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree in a technical field
- Initial professional experience in implementing software and production systems
- Experience in an industrial environment is a considerable advantage
- Programming experience in object-oriented programming and databases (SQL, etc.) is an asset
- Fluent in French, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of English
- German is an asset
- Optimistic mindset, openness to change, and communication skills
- Flexibility, agility, and a strong sense of responsibility
