About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Verify, receive, and process customer orders, replenishment orders, and purchase orders
- Prepare shipments and create shipping labels
- Contact carriers and arrange pickups or deliveries
- Conduct location audits and inventory checks
- File required documents and ensure proper organization
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe
- Perform a daily cycle count
- Collaborate with the Components, Refurbishment, and Warranty departments
- Process parts returns from customers and the field
- Organize the warehouse and storage locations to optimize workflow
- Identify the daily priorities for shipping and receiving areas
- Inspect the warehouse and note empty spaces and opportunities for improvement
- Perform a thorough weekly cleaning
- Process used parts so that items are stored, packaged, and shipped back to the factory
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, without supervision, for extended periods.
- Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to climb stairs repeatedly and remain standing for most of the day.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
