About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process Transfer Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Documentation
Prepare shipments and create labels
Contact shipping companies and arrange pickup or delivery
Audit unallocated inventory lists and assign bins
File necessary paperwork and stay organized
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe
Perform daily cycle counts
Work with component and remanufacturing departments on warehouse activities
Organize warehouse locations for efficient flow
Identify daily priorities in shipping and receiving areas
Inspect the warehouse and note empty spaces and improvement opportunities
Perform weekly major cleanups
Work with the Warranty team to process items for shipping
Process cores to ensure items are stored, packed, and shipped back to the factory
Provide administrative support for Parts and Service activities
Perform additional duties as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need

All applicants need to be able to secure and maintain mine site access (D&A tests, security check)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work alone, unsupervised for extended periods of time
Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to collaborate with Parts Advisors and Service Team on parts movement
Organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast, ever-changing environment
Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs
Ability to work 14 days on / 14 days off with day and night rotation shifts and 12-hour shifts
