About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and own the brand ambassador strategy to grow the program and its positive impact
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting, activation, and measurement of the ambassador program
  • Coordinate seasonal gifting with the fulfillment center
  • Build ambassador relationships through proactive outreach, updates, and feedback loops
  • Champion the community internally by surfacing ambassador and fan stories for marketing, eCommerce, wholesale, retail, and other uses
  • Expand program participation, engagement, and retention
  • Drive influencer strategy across the funnel, from brand awareness to conversion-driving creator collaborations
  • Identify, vet, and contact aligned creators
  • Manage negotiations, contracting, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with Social and Creative teams to brief, review, and approve content
  • Collaborate with eCommerce on influencer, creator, and affiliate conversion opportunities
  • Maintain an always-on gifting approach to brand friendlies and others
  • Measure and report performance using Traackr and platform analytics
  • Source, organize, and champion user-generated content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to surface and repurpose top-performing community assets
  • Track permissions and maintain tagging and approvals through Emplifi
  • Monitor and engage daily with comments, DMs, and tagged content
  • Apply a consistent system for thanking and rewarding passionate supporters
  • Bridge the community and internal teams, escalating customer or product feedback as needed
  • Monitor community sentiment and emerging trends
  • Support reporting and dashboards tracking program health, community growth, and ambassador and influencer impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years of direct experience in community management, influencer marketing, or social media at a brand or agency
  • Proven success managing ambassador or creator programs at scale
  • Experience with Traackr, Emplifi, and Meta Business Suite
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and community engagement best practices
  • Data-informed mindset with ability to interpret metrics, identify insights, and translate them into recommendations
  • Smart, fast writing with humor and heart
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Empathy, curiosity, warmth, and natural connector skills
  • Proactive problem-solving ability in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Organizational and adaptability skills when priorities shift
  • Ability to balance creativity, accountability, brand voice, and genuine human connection
