About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate LifeLabs workshops for organizations worldwide across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
- Deliver engaging, research-backed learning experiences with discussion, practice, processing, and application
- Create psychologically safe and inclusive learning environments
- Adapt workshops to the needs of individual contributors through senior leaders
- Prepare for workshops using client-specific context and required materials
- Use technology in a distraction-free environment with strong audio/video quality
- Provide planned and emergency coverage, including same-day facilitation when needed
- Participate in panels, speaking engagements, Skills Spotlights, and lead-generation events
- Collaborate with internal client teams on client engagement, product innovation, and company culture initiatives
- Serve as a learning experience partner alongside product and client-facing teams
- Gather and apply client and learner feedback to improve experiences and outcomes
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and use business terminology to build credibility
- Surface engagement risks and work with internal partners on solutions
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
- Maintain ongoing practice through observations, mocks, and self-study
- Maintain accurate internal documentation and communication
- Contribute to facilitator-team educational development through research and presentations
- Communicate schedule constraints, risks, and needs to schedulers and managers
- Maintain a personal learning and development plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must live in Boston
- Reliable access to a quiet, professional remote facilitation environment
- Current coaching certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree preferred
- 2 years experience in a client-facing role
- 2 years professional experience facilitating or teaching adult learners
- Real-world organizational or business experience in a people management/leadership capacity
- Understanding of empirical research methods and ability to teach research-backed concepts clearly and practically
- Comfort facilitating standardized material you did not create
- Strong executive presence and adaptability
- Excellent communication and time management
- Technology fluency with Zoom, Google Workspace, and emerging AI tools
- English language proficiency
- Maintain 4+ open workshop slots weekly
- Deliver approximately 10 workshops per month where demand allows
- Maintain recurring availability during high-demand time blocks
- Increase availability temporarily during onboarding
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship in the United States
