About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support senior management with recurring business analysis and projections
- Analyze product and business-unit performance and recommend plans to optimize assets
- Create presentations for senior management and assist with marketing literature for sales presentations
- Plan customer and product performance reports, meeting monthly deadlines and customer commitments
- Collect, manage, and maintain analytical data used to measure and control LNW business
- Create spreadsheets to manage customer and LNW business information
- Support the Sales team in finding or developing new business opportunities
- Provide spreadsheets with costs, performance, trends, and profitability for LNW clients and products
- Perform analytical reports and clerical functions, including filing and typing
- Update and maintain technology escrow accounts according to customer contracts
- Work effectively with Senior Management, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Order Entry, and Legal
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Communicate professionally with all levels of customers and employees in English and Spanish
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in casino’s industry or in business intelligence positions
- Proficient with Excel and other Data Mining tools
- Leadership skills
- Business oriented
- Strong negotiation skills and customer service experience
- Effective communication skills; ability to communicate well with customers and all LNW team members
- Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
- Teamwork and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse work group
- English required
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economy and actuarial science preferred
