About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of the LightForce system and promote it to accounts to facilitate trial and full integration
  • Use a consultative sales approach to demonstrate how LightForce’s solutions transform analog businesses into innovative digital workflows
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Plan and execute an area territory plan
  • Manage a defined geography of new and existing accounts toward full LightForce integration
  • Utilize analytics and data to support customer decision-making
  • Build relationships with orthodontic practice teams and help practices modernize and grow
  • Deliver clinical training and presentations virtually and in person to customers and internal audiences
  • Collaborate with LightForce Integration Specialists and lead new-customer onboarding and full integration
  • Stay engaged with orthodontic organizations and monitor industry trends
  • Orchestrate internal resources to optimize customer experience and promote LightForce solutions
  • Independently manage travel bookings, expenses, and expense reporting
  • Identify and complete critical tasks independently with urgency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 3+ years outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Industry experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B experience
  • Comfortable having clinical conversations with orthodontists
  • Ability to facilitate business discussions with orthodontic practice owners (Cash flow analysis, ROI, P&L, etc.)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to travel
  • Requires the ability to use hands, and reach with hands and arms
  • Requires the ability to see, listen, and speak
  • Orthodontic sales experience
