About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the day-to-day clinical operations and program-level performance of a virtual PHP/IOP program
- Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff and ensure fidelity to the clinical model
- Lead site-level teams to achieve clinical, team, growth, and financial objectives
- Partner with departments and corporate leaders on quality initiatives and clinical training
- Manage client lengths of stay, admissions, and transitions across levels of care
- Ensure safety and compliance with governing bodies and internal policies and procedures
- Oversee treatment teams and delivery of appropriate clinical interventions
- Meet monthly budget targets and manage labor and variable expenses
- Participate in monthly regional operating reviews with executive leadership
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, job leveling, coaching, and disciplinary actions
- Conduct 1:1 and team meetings and complete employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee timecards and manage overtime and paid-time-off requests
- Resolve site-level complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Optimize employee engagement, retention, and turnover
- Provide on-call coverage as needed
- Achieve ADC, inquiry, and admission metrics and drive census growth with Marketing, Outreach, and Admissions
- Implement programs promoting company culture, vision, and Shining Commitments
- Provide milieu management and consultation during business hours
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in psychology-related field
- Associate level BBS registration, in good standing, required
- Full clinical licensure preferred
- 5+ years of related experience, required
- At least two (2) years of full-time work experience in a community program that serves clients who have a mental illness
- Such experience must be in the direct provision of services to clients
- One (1) year of experience must be in the position of supervising direct care staff
- At least one (1) year in management or administration
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to navigate Electronic Medical Record systems
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must pass extensive background check
- Must meet criteria of auto use policy, including driving a vehicle and possessing valid Driver’s License
- When serving as the Administrator of the facility: complete Administrator certification and 20 clock hours of continuing education per year; complete First Aid Training; complete required health screening, TB clearance, and Criminal Record Clearance
- Ability to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to navigate crisis and solve problems independently using best judgment and critical thinking skills
- Must demonstrate respectful and effective work with diverse clients and staff
- Must utilize professional communication when addressing issues with clients and/or staff
