About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with management of eDiscovery cases
- Drive work through operational departments to meet litigation project requests
- Create work orders for data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production tasks
- Complete quality checks for accuracy and completeness before releasing work product to clients
- Maintain understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors, and industry tools
- Develop thorough understanding of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths, and workflow-management tools
- Communicate scope and deadline expectations to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the pod’s work request queue
- Participate in process improvement initiatives identified by pod leaders
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or JD a plus
- 4+ years of work experience, including at least two years of eDiscovery experience
- Relativity experience required
- PMP certification a plus
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to interpret a variety of written or oral instructions
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload
- Ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material
- May be required to be on call periodically and work outside normal working hours, including evenings and weekends
