About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with management of eDiscovery cases by driving work through operational departments
Create work orders for data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production tasks
Complete quality checks to ensure work product accuracy and completeness before client release
Maintain understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors, and industry tools
Understand Lighthouse workflows, critical paths, and workflow-management tools
Communicate scope and deadline expectations to internal and external stakeholders
Manage the pod’s work request queue
Participate in process improvement initiatives identified by pod leaders
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or JD a plus)
4+ years of work experience, including at least two years of eDiscovery experience
Relativity experience required
PMP certification a plus
Strong analytical and logical skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to interpret a variety of written or oral instructions
Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload
Ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material
May be required to be on call and work evenings and weekends
