About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage case or client annual budgets
Consult clients on eDiscovery best practices
Identify preferred project paths focused on reducing costs, increasing delivery speed, and using Lighthouse technologies
Plan, monitor, and manage internal and external project communications for pod members
Provide workflow consultation
Drive development of standards
Participate in daily activities supporting eDiscovery clients
Respond to client requests and consult on scope, execution, and delivery of compliant solutions
Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices
Create client work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks
Communicate scope and deadline expectations to internal and external stakeholders
Serve as an internal escalation resource
Manage client relationships and execute projects through completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Masters or JD a plus
6+ years of work experience
At least four years of e-Discovery project management experience
5+ years of successful experience in a law department, law firm, legal consulting firm, and/or eDiscovery provider
Relativity experience required
Excellent eDiscovery skills
Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire, Lighthouse workflows, internal tools, and documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project management skills for managing client relationships and executing projects to completion
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload
Ability to interpret written and oral instructions
Ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material
May be required to be on call periodically and work evenings and weekends
