About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead teams using complex methodologies, protocols, and tools to classify electronically stored information
Support classifications including privilege, confidentiality, responsiveness, issues, and class- or document-types
Deliver linguistic-modeling-based solutions directly to clients and optimize Lighthouse-internal workflows
Master DART/Lighthouse Search syntax and functionality
Lead keyword/search term consultation, generation, and optimization projects
Lead confidentiality classification, topical filtering, potential privilege classification, and custom-built classification projects
Scope projects and design technical and process solutions, including non-standard solutions
Incorporate evolving technologies and AI into workflows
Manage client communications, resources, execution strategy, internal project communications, and risk identification
Mentor less experienced team members
Contribute to Linguistic Modeling & Search service management and service evolution
Promote teamwork, support, and professionalism across project teams, Review Intelligence, and departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent additional years of experience in professional or academic experience with research, data mining, strategic search, data analysis, text analysis, technology-assisted review (TAR), Electronically Stored Information (ESI), content management or linguistic analysis
Keen attention to detail and a practiced sense of order and organization
Strong analytical skills
Strong pattern recognition skills
Aptitude for quickly learning technologies and processes
Ability to adjust to new situations quickly and work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team
Competency in a PC/Windows environment using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to be on call periodically and work outside normal working hours
Ability to travel via automobile or airplane
