About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leverage best practices and understand internal customer needs
Translate internal customer needs into clear, actionable direction
Act as the voice of the business while working hand-in-hand with development
Build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders
Manage product roadmapping and feature prioritization
Understand and document business processes, requirements, scenarios and pain points
Facilitate development of new business processes and identify optimization areas
Analyze and propose solutions to improve business performance
Translate business requirements into instructions for technical teams and clarify issues during development
Manage the agile development process, including sprint and release planning, user acceptance testing and related ceremonies
Lead change management, including training materials, communication plans and launch schedules
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and technology teams, corporate data and Go-To-Market
Contribute to management and development of the IS Product Management Practice by establishing best practices and improving ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of demonstrated Product Management, Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience in SaaS implementations
Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features
Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups
Usage of Agile Methodologies such as scrum
Ability to drive decisions, positively influence other team members, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to pivot and reprioritize across multiple projects
Ability to lead design workshops, propose solutions and build corresponding artifacts
Salesforce and Scrum Master certification preferred
Legal eligibility to work in the country where the role is advertised
Willingness to work in hybrid mode from the Amsterdam office, usually 2-3 days a week
