About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the RevOps function for the B2B business unit and build a high-performing team
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s OKRs
  • Support the achievement of revenue and profitability targets
  • Develop, track, and optimize KPIs throughout the customer journey
  • Lead weekly performance reviews, including pipeline analysis and end-of-month, quarter-end, and year-end forecasting
  • Identify and establish new KPIs to track the health and effectiveness of GTM teams
  • Conduct in-depth biweekly analyses of new customer acquisition and account management
  • Present representative-level analyses and identify pipeline risks and opportunities
  • Participate in weekly business reviews (WBRs)
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs)
  • Oversee monthly analysis of quota attainment and coverage for sales and customer service teams
  • Recommend individual quotas and territory coverage
  • Lead the reassessment of quarterly forecasts in collaboration with Finance and GTM leadership
  • Adjust revenue and performance targets based on market conditions
  • Identify areas for investment and cost optimization
  • Collaborate with Training, Product, and Sales teams to align strategy with global priorities and product roadmaps
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of RevOps

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or Operations
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is an asset, but not required
  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment
  • 6+ years of experience in a commercial or go-to-market (GTM) environment
  • Proven track record of deploying strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders in Information Systems, Data, Finance, GTM, and Marketing
  • Experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience establishing and managing KPIs
  • Fluency in English as a working language required
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative
