About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support corporate and business strategy initiatives through research, analysis, and the development of strategic insights
  • Contribute to annual strategic planning and regular strategic review cycles
  • Break down complex business issues and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Develop models, synthesize data, and prepare materials to support executive decision-making
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, plans, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information and support the implementation of key initiatives
  • Track the progress and performance of initiatives against key milestones and objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to structure problems and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working with data and translating analytical results into clear, relevant insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
  • Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership of responsibilities
  • English proficiency required as a working language
  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or a related field—an asset, but not required
  • Experience with structured problem-solving engagements—an asset, but not required
  • Internship or early-career experience involving data analysis and business problem-solving—an asset, but not required
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other technology-focused environments—an asset, but not required
