About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact during customer onboarding
- Build customer relationships and guide structured, timely rollouts
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to understand customer goals and define tailored onboarding plans
- Lead project planning, including scoping requirements, coordinating training, tracking deliverables, and managing go-live readiness
- Manage the onboarding pipeline and customer timelines using internal systems
- Apply project management best practices across concurrent engagements
- Drive timely execution and proactively mitigate risks
- Coordinate Implementation Consultants, Implementation Specialists, Account Managers, and Customer Success representatives
- Escalate blockers and bridge communication across departments
- Assess onboarding outcomes and refine internal implementation processes
- Maintain knowledge of Lightspeed’s product suite, features, updates, and enhancements
- Deliver onboarding within target timelines while maintaining quality
- Support customer satisfaction and cross-functional efficiency
- Maintain organized project data and communications throughout the lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in customer implementation, project management, or consulting roles in a SaaS or tech-driven B2B environment
- Golf industry experience
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple onboarding projects with complex technical and operational components
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field - or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with POS platforms is highly advantageous
- Technical fluency with integration workflows, data migration, and SaaS ecosystems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and adapting quickly when priorities shift
- Hands-on experience with ChurnZero, HubSpot, and Salesforce is an asset
- Polished phone etiquette
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Familiarity with the golf industry
- Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills for tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to keep internal and external stakeholders informed and aligned
- Comfort navigating handoffs and escalations with diplomacy and clarity
- Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, and G-Suite
