About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the successful implementation and onboarding of new customers onto Lightspeed systems
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from contract signing through go-live
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding and guide customers through a structured deployment
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to define tailored onboarding plans
  • Lead project planning, requirements gathering, training coordination, deliverable tracking, and go-live readiness
  • Manage the onboarding pipeline and customer timelines using internal systems
  • Apply project management best practices across multiple concurrent engagements and mitigate risks
  • Coordinate implementation consultants and specialists, account managers, and customer service representatives
  • Escalate roadblocks and facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve issues
  • Assess onboarding outcomes and improve internal processes
  • Maintain knowledge of the Lightspeed product portfolio, including its features, updates, and enhancements
  • Meet targets related to time to value, customer satisfaction, cross-functional efficiency, and engagement quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing implementation, project management, or consulting in a technology-focused SaaS or B2B environment
  • Experience in the golf industry
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, including complex technical and operational components
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of POS platforms is a significant asset
  • Technical proficiency in onboarding workflows, data migration, and SaaS ecosystems
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly when priorities change
  • Hands-on experience with ChurnZero, HubSpot, and Salesforce is an asset
  • English proficiency as a working language is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills
  • Knowledge of macOS, iOS, and G Suite
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing handoffs and escalations
