Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree with a graduation date between May 2026 and August 2028
  • Successful completion of Lilly Internship program
  • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States
  • Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status, such as H-1B or TN status
  • Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with sales process
  • Highly motivated
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, apply, and communicate technical/scientific knowledge
  • Strong influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to provide a secure and temperature-controlled location for product samples may be required
  • Willingness to participate in some evening programs and overnight travel
