About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Write original, human-authored text samples across subject domains
- Follow a provided prompt after the domain of expertise is identified
- Ensure content is entirely original, without AI tools, translation tools, or copied material
- Attest in writing to the originality of submissions
- Agree not to publish submitted content elsewhere under confidentiality terms
- Contribute to LILT’s language data and AI evaluation initiatives
- Support development of multilingual software challenge evaluation tasks for Terminal-Bench
- Participate in onboarding and become eligible for Applied AI projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level fluency and strong writing skills in Marathi/the target language
- Demonstrable subject-matter expertise in one or more domains, such as law, business, biography, religion, philosophy, or poetry
- Prior writing experience preferred, including professional, academic, or published work
- Strong command of style, tone, and structure appropriate to the chosen domain
- Comfortable working independently from a prompt with minimal creative guidance
- Strict adherence to originality and confidentiality requirements
- Reliable availability and commitment for accepted tasks
- Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- Must submit an updated CV in English
- Must complete a GenAI assessment
- Must finalize onboarding and profile setup
- Cannot be engaged in regions subject to international embargoes or sanctions
