About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively analyze user behavior and trends to uncover growth opportunities
- Recommend data-driven and data-inspired marketing campaigns and ensure rigorous measurement
- Translate technical data science findings into actionable business solutions
- Present analytical and data science findings to business audiences
- Design, test, iterate, and measure user lifecycle flows, including onboarding, retention, and dormancy/win-back campaigns
- Identify, define, and architect data streams for scalable CRM and AI-enabled marketing science
- Own attribution and measurement for acquisition and performance marketing
- Optimize CAC/LTV dynamics using data
- Develop and deploy marketing models, including response models, user clustering, persona segmentation, and churn prediction
- Use model outputs to design sophisticated experiments
- Help define team KPIs and holistic marketing campaign measurement
- Use marketing technology platforms including Appsflyer, Braze, and internal CRM systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must reside in the United States
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Science/Marketing Analytics role
- Masters degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, etc.)
- Highly proficient in SQL and Python
- Strong conceptual grasp of machine learning
- Hands-on model-building capability
- Deep experience utilizing model outputs to drive continuous A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign iterations
- Highly comfortable working with marketing technology platforms such as Braze, Appsflyer, and modern CRM architectures
- Proven ability to establish high-level KPIs and evaluate holistic marketing efforts against core business growth
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for business stakeholders
- Nice to have: Braze or other CRM expertise
- Nice to have: AI Agent building experience
