About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic advice to managers on all HR-related matters

  • Foster a trusting working relationship between management and the Works Council
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, processes, and projects
  • Shape change processes and further develop a positive, performance-oriented corporate culture
  • Analyze relevant HR metrics and implement sustainable optimization measures
  • Ensure legally compliant and future-oriented approaches to HR decisions and frameworks
  • Share responsibility for related areas such as payroll

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training, e.g., as an HR specialist, industrial clerk, or office management clerk, ideally with further training in HR; alternatively, a degree in business administration, human resources management, or business psychology
  • Experience working with Works Councils, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of employment law, wage tax law, and social security law
  • Good command of German and English
  • Experience in time and attendance management, ideally with SAP HCM, is an advantage
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining structures is an advantage
  • Experience in transformation and change projects is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site at the plant in Penzberg rather than exclusively remotely
