About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coach Expedition Specialists to help them exceed sales goals
  • Provide daily guidance, support, training, and motivation to the reservations team
  • Support development and management of the reservations team
  • Administer the production-based bonus program
  • Lead coaching programs for reservations agents and contribute to workstreams
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones and identify development actions with trainers
  • Review reservations for quality assurance and accuracy
  • Serve as the first escalation point for reservations issues from guests and travel advisors
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training
  • Maintain relationships with Revenue Management, Inventory, Operations, and Sales & Marketing partners
  • Support reservations processes, guest communication, data entry, and accounting requests
  • Assist with special projects
  • Manage team time and attendance, review and approve timecards, and support accurate payroll processing
  • Review and approve time-off requests while balancing team coverage
  • Reinforce time management practices and prioritization across sales, service, and administrative work
  • Manage daily operations and workforce planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and resolve issues effectively and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
  • Salesforce and Seaware experience required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in sales or call center environment preferable
  • Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours as required by business needs
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend policies, legal guidelines, correspondence, and memos in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with a professional demeanor
  • Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of the designated New York or Seattle office
