About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Originate and deliver high-value consulting engagements
- Combine market credibility and deep industry knowledge with Linedata’s global brand, client base, consulting methodology, and Global Services capabilities
- Provide senior client delivery, business development, thought leadership, and strategic account growth
- Extend consulting delivery capacity and market reach through the Consultancy Group’s hub-and-spoke model
- Advise senior leaders on strategic business, operational, technology, data, risk, efficiency, and transformation challenges
- Expand strategic client relationships and originate new consulting opportunities
- Take ownership of high-value client engagements
- Collaborate with sales, advisory, consulting, technology, delivery, and Global Services teams to develop and deliver client solutions
- Represent Linedata through industry events, webinars, written content, and professional networks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of experience within asset management, hedge funds, financial technology, consulting, or related buy-side environments
- Previous experience as a COO, CTO, Head of Technology, Head of Operations, senior transformation leader, or senior consultant serving the investment management industry
- Deep expertise in at least one of Linedata Consultancy Group’s five practice areas: AI & Analytics, Middle & Back Office, Cloud & Technology, Cybersecurity Services, or Digital Transformation
- Strong personal network of senior and C-suite contacts within asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, or other target organizations
- Demonstrated ability to establish trusted executive relationships and identify opportunities to expand those relationships
- Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior stakeholders on complex operational, technology, data, and transformation challenges
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating effectively with Linedata sales, consulting, technology, and delivery teams
- Strong commercial orientation with ability to contribute to both client delivery and business growth
- Previous consulting or advisory experience preferred
- Experience delivering outcome-based consulting engagements preferred
- Hands-on experience in operating-model design, fund accounting, middle- and back-office transformation, cloud migration, data platforms, cybersecurity, or AI/ML implementation within investment management preferred
- Familiarity with Linedata’s client base, technology, services, or market positioning preferred
- Demonstrated thought leadership within the investment management industry preferred
- Willingness and ability to represent Linedata through industry events, webinars, written content, and professional networks preferred
