About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • First point of contact for internal talent
  • Support in identifying new collaboration partners
  • Create new proposals and process incoming inquiries
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors, service providers, and collaboration partners
  • Develop concepts and content formats together with talent
  • Support talent in implementing concepts and content formats
  • Act as the liaison between talent and partners
  • Plan talent assignments and ensure their well-being
  • Identify and acquire new talent for existing and upcoming formats and shows
  • Support talent in future-oriented career development and in creating new opportunities beyond their work as artists

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
  • Strong interest in and keen awareness of the latest digital and consumer trends
  • Confident using all major social media networks and online communities
  • Ideally, experience implementing and/or developing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Highly creative and motivated
  • Fluent German
  • Written and spoken English proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Practical, hands-on experience
  • Passion for organization and an open-minded approach
