About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal talent
- Support the search for new collaboration partners
- Create new proposals and handle incoming inquiries
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors, service providers, and collaboration partners
- Develop concepts and content formats together with talent and support their implementation
- Act as the liaison between talent and partners
- Plan talent engagements and ensure their well-being
- Identify and acquire potential new talent for existing and future formats and productions
- Support talent in working with a future-oriented approach and creating new opportunities beyond their work as artists
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
- Strong interest in and understanding of the latest digital and consumer trends
- Confident use of all major social media networks and online communities
- Ideally, experience in developing and/or implementing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- Highly creative and motivated
- Fluent German
- Written and spoken English skills
- Practical, hands-on experience
- Strong organizational skills and an open-minded approach
