About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal talent
- Support the search for new collaboration partners
- Create new proposals and process incoming inquiries
- Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors, service providers, and collaboration partners
- Develop concepts and content formats together with talent
- Support talent in bringing concepts and content formats to life
- Act as the liaison between talent and partners
- Plan talent assignments and ensure their well-being
- Identify and acquire new talent for existing and future formats and productions
- Support talent in future-oriented career development and create new opportunities beyond their work as artists
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, for example at a digital, social media, or PR agency
- Strong interest in and an excellent feel for the latest digital and consumer trends
- Proficiency across all major social media networks and online communities
- Ideally, experience developing and/or executing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- Highly creative and motivated
- Fluent German
- Written and spoken English proficiency
- Practical, hands-on experience
- Interest in managing artists
- Passion for organization and an open-minded approach
