About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the coordination of internal talent
- Supporting the search for new cooperation partners
- Creating new proposals and processing incoming inquiries
- Supporting contract and price negotiations with vendors, service providers, and cooperation partners
- Supporting Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talent
- Contributing to the implementation of concepts and content formats
- Serving as a liaison between talent and partners
- Planning talent engagements and ensuring their well-being
- Identifying and acquiring new cooperation partners, formats, and shows
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
- Interest in and strong intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends
- Confident use of all major social media networks and online communities
- Ideally, experience developing and/or implementing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- Highly creative and motivated
- Fluent German
- Written and spoken English proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Practical hands-on experience
- Strong organizational skills and an open-minded attitude
