About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting the coordination of internal talent
  • Supporting the search for new cooperation partners
  • Creating new proposals and processing incoming inquiries
  • Supporting contract and fee negotiations with providers, service providers, and cooperation partners
  • Supporting Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talent, as well as their implementation
  • Serving as the liaison between talent and partners
  • Planning talent assignments and ensuring their well-being
  • Identifying and acquiring new cooperation partners, formats, and shows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
  • Interest in and a strong feel for the latest digital and consumer trends
  • Confident use of all major social media networks and online communities
  • Ideally, experience in implementing and/or developing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Highly creative and motivated
  • Fluent German
  • Written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Practical, hands-on experience
  • Passion for organization and an open-minded attitude
