About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the coordination of internal talent
  • Support the search for new cooperation partners
  • Prepare new proposals and process incoming inquiries
  • Assist with contract and fee negotiations with vendors, service providers, and cooperation partners
  • Support Artist Managers in developing concepts and content formats for talent
  • Support the implementation of concepts and content formats
  • Act as the liaison between talent and partners
  • Plan talent assignments and ensure their well-being
  • Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners, formats, and shows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least one year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, for example at a digital, social media, or PR agency
  • Interest in and strong awareness of the latest digital and consumer trends
  • Confident working knowledge of all major social media networks and online communities
  • Ideally, experience in developing and/or implementing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Highly creative and motivated
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Practical, hands-on experience
  • Strong interest in managing and supporting artists
  • Passion for organization and an open-minded personality
