About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the team as the primary point of contact for internal talent

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience in artist management, influencer marketing, or online marketing, for example at a digital, social media, or PR agency
  • Strong interest in and a keen understanding of current developments in the digital sector and consumer behavior
  • Proficient use of all major social media platforms and online communities
  • Experience developing and/or implementing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Highly creative with strong motivation to develop innovative solutions
  • Fluent in German
  • Written and spoken English skills
  • Practical experience and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and an outgoing personality
