About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the Head of Television Finance's calendar, scheduling priorities, and key departmental commitments
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the Head of Television Finance, coordinating with internal teams and responding to inquiries and requests for information
  • Handle general administrative duties, including processing expense reports and maintaining internal distribution lists
  • Assist with quarterly corporate reporting by tracking deadlines and gathering required deliverables
  • Collaborate with assistants across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Support the broader Television Finance department with ad hoc analyses, administrative needs, and special projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Prior internship or work experience in finance, accounting, entertainment, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with senior executives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • This position requires five (5) days per week in office
