Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and deliver robust front-end and back-end software solutions using C#, .NET, and the Microsoft technology stack
  • Collaborate within a Scrum framework with developers, QA engineers, architects, and product managers
  • Move work from requirements through delivery with quality and speed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial software development environment
  • Strong skills in C# and .NET
  • Hands-on experience building Microsoft technology-based front-end and back-end solutions
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Apps experience
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript and its ecosystem, including jQuery, React, or TypeScript
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfort working collaboratively within an agile team
  • Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Key Vaults, Cosmos DB, and Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online, the SharePoint Framework, or Microsoft Graph
  • Exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps Model Driven Apps, or PCF Controls
  • Experience with feature flagging techniques such as LaunchDarkly
