About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the performance marketing team and paid acquisition agencies
  • Identify new opportunities for scale within the DTC business
  • Define and execute the growth strategy
  • Own day-to-day campaign management and new customer acquisition
  • Plan and oversee paid media across paid social, search, display, and affiliate
  • Explore CTV, audio, and direct mail channels
  • Manage partner agency and vendor relationships
  • Build campaign budgets and media mix strategies against ROAS, CAC, and LTV goals
  • Partner with creative strategy on campaigns, A/B testing, and iteration
  • Build, grow, and lead the in-house paid media team
  • Lead testing and experimentation across channels
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce, Merchandise Planning, Creative, Marketing, and Data Analytics
  • Improve conversion rates, landing page performance, and campaign effectiveness
  • Develop reporting frameworks and regularly report performance insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of in-house hands-on paid media experience (search, paid social, affiliate)
  • 1–2 years of people management experience; a track record of building, motivating, and growing teams is a plus
  • Ecommerce experience is required, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with TV, radio, OOH, and podcasting is a plus
  • Skilled in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Strong command of CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV, and ROAS
  • Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI or similar BI tool experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
  • Willingness to perform individual contributor work alongside strategic leadership
  • Experience building and leading teams
  • No visa sponsorship available; must be eligible to work in the United States
