About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and deliver accessible ticketing, facilities and services across Cuffe & Taylor events
  • Develop and manage systems, workflows and procedures for accessible ticketing, including accessible applications
  • Coordinate with Nimbus, Ticketmaster and other partners to maintain accurate accessibility information
  • Provide regular updates to directors, event managers and relevant teams on accessible ticket allocations and reporting
  • Collaborate with Live Nation to align with the Live Nation Accessibility Charter
  • Develop and maintain Accessibility Management Plans, fan-facing accessibility packs and FAQs, and staff and volunteer handbooks
  • Ensure consistent accessibility information across digital platforms
  • Project manage, report on and operationally execute accessible facilities for events
  • Build relationships with disability and inclusivity organisations, advocacy groups and service providers
  • Stay informed about accessibility innovations and best practices
  • Conduct on-site accessibility facility audits, capturing images and detailed notes
  • Debrief events, gather and report fan feedback and insights, and use findings to improve service delivery
  • Support the event management team on-site and administratively
  • Monitor accessibility and customer service on-site during events
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of accessibility requirements and disability inclusion in a customer-facing environment
  • Detailed project management and planning experience
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Extremely well organised and self-motivated
  • Genuine empathy and commitment to inclusivity
  • Confidence to lead and manage

  • Previous experience within accessibility management, event management, disability services or customer services would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of relevant accessibility legislation and best practice is desirable
  • Accessibility awareness training is desirable
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as Nimbus or Ticketmaster, is desirable
  • Event Management training is desirable
  • Experience liaising with disability and inclusivity organisations, advocacy groups or service providers is desirable
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers and partners is desirable
  • Knowledge of the live music industry and event management experience is desirable
