About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Universe and TicketWeb divisions within Ticketmaster
  • Deliver services for clients’ day-to-day use of ticketing systems and products
  • Maintain agreed-upon service levels
  • Follow up with product and engineering teams to ensure timely problem resolution
  • Provide training, best practices, and general operational support, including installs and upgrades
  • Handle inbound emails from clients and ticket buyers
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and implement process improvements
  • Build and manage client events, on/off sales, and reports through Zoom, email, and phone
  • Resolve event host and ticket buyer issues and requests
  • Meet and exceed client service-level agreements
  • Optimize customer success and support processes
  • Advise and assist with reporting
  • Monitor client chargeback activity, flag fraudulent trends, and alert relevant teams
  • Coordinate upgrades and hardware replacements at client sites
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, engineering, and developers
  • Provide after-hours office support
  • Support Universe and TicketWeb web portals, releases, onboarding, and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot root causes, research complaints, handle escalations, log issues and feedback, reproduce issues, and verify fixes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, customer service, sales, or similar
  • Minimum of 1 year of account management experience
  • Strong understanding of technology and efficient technology use
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products
  • Understanding of the ticketing or live event industry is a bonus
  • Experience working in a box office is a bonus
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including exceptional spelling and grammar
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and strategize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
