About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end implementation strategy for all XR deployments across EMEA
Lead complex client implementations from project initiation through successful go-live
Develop implementation plans, timelines, risks and resource requirements
Ensure consistent implementation standards, governance and quality assurance across projects
Act as executive sponsor during critical implementation milestones
Lead operational readiness for expansion into new countries and territories
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Product and Engineering on local market readiness
Identify country-specific operational, regulatory and ticketing requirements
Develop scalable implementation playbooks for future market expansion
Serve as primary operational lead during implementation projects
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
Manage implementation expectations, risks and communications
Partner with Product, Engineering, Development, Integrations, Client Account Management, Product Training, Ticketing Operations, and Global Support & Operations
Improve implementation methodologies, governance, documentation, KPIs, reporting, automation and operational efficiencies
Forecast resource requirements, prioritise the implementation pipeline, escalate risks and recommend mitigation plans
Support recruitment and development as the implementation function grows
Partner with Sales and Client Account Management on meetings, product demonstrations, RFP responses and solution presentations
Shape implementation scope, timelines, resource assumptions and delivery approach for new opportunities
Advise on implementation complexity, dependencies, risks and mitigation during solution design and contract negotiations
Translate client requirements into coordinated delivery plans
Lead implementation governance and client communications
Support client adoption of Ticketmaster Sport ways of working and maximise launch confidence
Deliver on-time XR implementations, client satisfaction, go-live quality, platform stability, EMEA standards adoption, new territory launches and operational OKRs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience delivering enterprise software implementations
Strong project and programme management skills
Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing project risks and dependencies
Ability to travel across EMEA when required
Experience implementing Ticketmaster Sport XR (desirable)
Knowledge of Ticketmaster Sport products (desirable)
Experience within sports ticketing or live entertainment (desirable)
Experience expanding technology platforms into international markets (desirable)
Understanding of API integrations and third-party systems (desirable)
Knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies (desirable)
Prince2, PMP or equivalent project management qualification (desirable)
