About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Ticketmaster clients in their event management needs
Build events and make event updates based on client work requests
Collect, review, and input accurate data into the Ticketmaster Host system
Follow procedural best practices and established standards, then verify output
Use Host and Host applications, EventPro, EMT, and TM1 suite products
Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
Identify and resolve event-related errors
Work with clients, promoters, and internal departments including marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations and support, and client support
Create events and distribute event information
Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Event Specialist, EM Manager, or Regional Director of Event Management

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years experience with the Ticketmaster System, or related field experience, with some exposure and knowledge of the Ticketmaster system
Box Office experience is a plus
Overall awareness of the entertainment business
Knowledge of how TM departments impact one another and outside clients is a plus
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including some Saturdays, evenings, and holidays
Computer literacy with excellent data entry skills
H. S. diploma or equivalent required
BA/BS degree is preferred
Service-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities
Creativity, latitude, and problem-solving ability
Excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational skills, and attention to detail
