About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage furniture rentals for Elevated Experiences, including sourcing, ordering, delivery timelines, on-site placement, and returns
  • Oversee Warehouse Pull Sheets to ensure inventory is prepared, pulled, and accounted for before shows
  • Own and maintain the All-Info document and share details cross-departmentally
  • Maintain the department Purchase Tracker and align spending with budget expectations
  • Assist with site advancing, including mapping needs, vendor coordination, signage plans, and on-site build requirements
  • Support credential advancing, including ticketing needs, access levels, and department credential summaries
  • Collaborate with VIP FOH/BOH managers, creative, logistics, and production teams
  • Provide on-site managerial support during load-in, show days, and load-out
  • Uphold operational flow and guest experience standards
  • Improve processes, workflows, and documentation for team organization and show-to-show consistency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in project management for live events, hospitality, or experiential activations
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple shows simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to troubleshoot in high-pressure, fast-changing environments
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Sheets/Excel
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Highly adaptable to changing schedules
  • Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
  • Ability to work in drastically varying temperature climates
  • Ability to stand, walk, and assist with light physical tasks for extended periods
  • Must possess U.S. work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship by Insomniac
