About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Re-engage warm and dormant accounts by phone, email, and LinkedIn, converting interest into qualified discovery meetings
- Prospect into net-new accounts in equipment finance, fintech, healthcare, manufacturing, and construction
- Research accounts and identify decision-makers using AI tools, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and trade-show intelligence
- Run initial discovery calls to surface business pain, budget ownership, and decision timeline
- Build prospect-facing demo assets, sample dashboards, and data mockups for Sparkflow
- Bring in solution engineers and subject-matter experts for technical and executive conversations, owning preparation and attendee lists
- Maintain CRM in real time, including contacts, activity notes, qualification status, and next steps
- Convert qualified discovery into Sales Qualified Leads and hand off to Account Executives with full context
- Report weekly on activity and pipeline metrics
- Participate in weekly sales coaching, roleplays, and product training
- Complete product certification and shadowing during months 1–3
- Build a target list of at least 75 accounts and secure 10 qualified discovery meetings during months 1–3
- Achieve 4–6 qualified discovery meetings and 2–4 SQLs per month during months 4–12
- Source quarterly pipeline at 3x coverage of the assigned goal
- Participate in a formal ramp review at month six
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated competitiveness and a track record of performing where results are measured
- Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable on the phone and in front of a room
- Analytical fluency; ability to work with data and translate it into something a business buyer cares about
- Organized and detail-oriented, with discipline to maintain CRM hygiene
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, outreach, and content quality
- Willingness to be in the Northbrook office four days a week and travel to industry events
- Offers contingent on a satisfactory background and credit check
- Offers contingent on a drug/toxicology screening
- Acceptance of the Liventus Code of Conduct, Network Acceptable Use Policies, Firm Manual, General Employment Agreement, and Non-Compete agreement
