Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Bias toward action, cross-functional collaboration, and business agility
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present to executive leadership, client stakeholders, and peers
  • Ability to develop processes and lead projects from conception to completion
  • Ability to apply best practices and business acumen
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence resources in matrixed and remote environments
  • Strong use of Microsoft Office products and project management software
  • Ability to lead projects, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies and ability to apply appropriate methodologies
  • Master's degree or equivalent preferred
