About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process for all positions
  • Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, and other channels
  • Build the talent pipeline and manage relationships with candidates for potential positions
  • Post job requisitions, screen applications, and select qualified candidates
  • Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience for open positions
  • Collaborate with department managers to evaluate department needs and candidates
  • Schedule and lead job interviews
  • Arrange meeting locations, travel, and accommodations for applicants and managers when necessary
  • Collect and analyze data on market salaries, candidate availability, and demand
  • Connect viable candidates with clients or hiring managers
  • Check candidate references and credentials and verify experience and backgrounds
  • Organize and attend job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities
  • Follow up with hiring managers after interviews and collect feedback
  • Maintain compliance with EEO and related employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with the Director of HR on offers and employment negotiations
  • Identify current and future hiring needs and develop job descriptions
  • Collect data for and participate in monthly headcount meetings
  • Promote the company’s reputation and employment opportunities
  • Comply with HIPAA obligations regarding Protected Health Information and report violations
  • Complete required HIPAA training and demonstrate competency
  • Coach and mentor other departmental positions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years in Human Resources, Talent Management/Recruiting, or similar experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking software
  • Familiar with social media platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiating tactics
  • Emotional Intelligence

  • Sound Judgement
  • Availability during core work hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT
  • Ability to adjust work times to cover meetings in all time zones
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands
  • Minimal overnight travel of up to 5% of the time may be required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
