About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Grow revenue for assigned locations by driving referrals from specialist physician offices prescribing infusion therapy
- Develop and maintain relationships with specialist physician offices, primary care providers, pharmaceutical representatives, payer case managers, benefits consultants, and employers
- Work with providers, referral partners, and Local Infusion operations to ensure positive patient and physician outcomes
- Increase brand recognition through networking events, conferences, local walks, and community functions
- Liaise between referring practices and Local Infusion operations to educate practices on referral processes and capture patients timely
- Establish collaborative relationships with pharmaceutical representatives and referral sources
- Submit timely, organized reports through CRM, management tracking, and expense platforms
- Meet and exceed sales quota
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in related field
- History of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Competitive spirit with customer-focused attitude
- Commitment to ongoing self-development
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, communication, listening, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to uncover pain points and identify opportunities
- Proficiency using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and standard office software applications
- Experience working directly with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff members preferred
- Prior experience selling or supporting infused medications, specialty biologics, IV therapies, IG therapies, specialty injectables, or related therapeutic products required
- Experience building relationships with physician offices, infusion clinics, specialty practices, nurses, care coordinators, and clinical staff
- Background calling on rheumatology, gastroenterology, neurology, immunology, dermatology, cardiology, or similar referral-driven specialties strongly preferred
- Proven ability to identify referral opportunities, uncover provider pain points, and improve patient access, provider experience, and care coordination
- Primarily daytime travel within assigned territory and occasional overnight travel
- Must be located in the Atlanta area
- Occasional night and weekend work required
