About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop people, fostering an environment of trust, talent development, and sustainable high performance;
Ensure the consistency and quality of billing and collections deliverables, with a focus on results and customer experience;
Transform complex challenges into clear, actionable plans by connecting operational needs, process improvements, and technology solutions;
Partner with technology teams and squads, translating customer and business needs into solutions and priorities;
Drive structural changes, including adaptations to Tax Reform, process automation, and the advancement of the team’s level of seniority;
Engage with customers, partner departments, and leadership, leading negotiations, alignment discussions, and executive presentations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed;
Experience leading people, with a focus on talent development and building high-performing teams;
Results-oriented mindset and the ability to put the customer at the center of decision-making;
Systems thinking and analytical ability to understand problems, challenge processes, and propose simpler, more effective solutions;
Experience in process transformation, project management, or the application of Agile methods;
Clear and objective communication, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with diverse audiences, including executive leadership;
Familiarity with accounting and enterprise management systems (ERP/SAP);
Knowledge of or participation in initiatives related to Tax Reform;
Experience with tax and fiscal matters;
SQL knowledge for data querying and analysis;
Experience with process automation and the application of artificial intelligence.
