About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a business partner to business units, connecting strategy, operations, and financial results.
- Conduct financial and operational analyses, generating insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor performance and profitability indicators, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Prepare analyses and executive materials to support strategic discussions within the area.
- Partner with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment between the business, data, and finance.
- Develop and enhance data-driven analyses, supporting the generation of business intelligence.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area’s processes, tools, and analytical models.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in Financial Planning, Financial Intelligence, Strategy, Consulting, or related areas.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Experience developing analyses and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with business units.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to learn quickly, seek solutions, and work in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of data, with experience using tools such as SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Experience in consulting or roles involving close interaction between business and finance is a plus.
- Previous experience with financial and performance indicators is a plus.
