About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the execution of fleet document regularization processes, ensuring legal compliance, quality, and adherence to deadlines;
  • Manage ADRED KPIs, including productivity, SLAs, operational backlogs, fleet downtime, service quality, and supplier performance;
  • Lead initiatives to reduce downtime caused by pending documentation and regulatory matters by setting priorities and driving action plans;
  • Coordinate preventive actions for the active fleet and the used-vehicle pipeline, identifying restrictions and inconsistencies that could affect vehicle circulation, transfer, or sale;
  • Develop the team by promoting technical training, knowledge management, delivery tracking, and succession planning;
  • Lead operational transformation, automation, digitalization, and artificial intelligence initiatives;
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement improvements that increase productivity, simplify processes, and reduce costs;
  • Collaborate with operations and technology teams, suppliers, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field;
  • Experience leading operational, administrative, or analytical teams;
  • Experience with KPI-driven management, priority setting, and action plan execution;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of KPI management, data analysis, and continuous improvement;
  • Power BI knowledge is preferred;
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to operational processes is preferred;
  • Experience with process automation and workflow tools is preferred;
  • Knowledge of vehicle regularization, licensing, automotive documentation, or fleet operations is preferred.
