About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sell fleet rental solutions
  • Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of small-business customers
  • Sell car rentals by subscription via telephone and other channels
  • Conduct financial analyses of proposed deals
  • Provide consultative service, explain the product’s benefits, send proposals, and close sales
  • Manage the customer journey from lead outreach through deal completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required (a college degree is a plus)
  • Sales experience serving B2C or B2B customers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Availability to work a 6-on/1-off schedule during business hours, including alternating weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Experience with inside sales and digital channels (telephone, WhatsApp, social media, and others) is a plus
  • Lead management experience is a plus
