About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support decision-making by the Used Cars leadership team
Build and maintain Dataflows, ensuring data quality, freshness, and governance
Create and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, processing, modeling, and automation
Develop solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency
Translate business needs into analytical solutions, from understanding requirements through final delivery
Support operational and financial analyses, generating insights to inform strategic decisions
Maintain the analytics environment, including documentation, standardization, and access management
Contribute to the evolution of the department by supporting transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics
Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Python
Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
Ability to structure analyses, solve problems, and identify opportunities through data
Strong communication skills for collaborating with business teams and translating business needs into technical solutions
Autonomy to lead projects, prioritize deliverables, and handle critical requests
Experience working in environments with high data volumes and multiple stakeholders
Ownership mindset, strong organizational skills, and commitment to delivery quality
Experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, or related areas is a plus
Knowledge of financial metrics, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and ROI is a plus
Experience with data governance and technical documentation is a plus
Participation in automation, digital transformation, or process modernization projects is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
Certifications, courses, or specializations in Data, BI, Analytics, or Power Platform are a plus
