About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance APIs, services, and integrations between corporate systems
Build automations for processes related to the identity and access lifecycle
Develop workflows that reduce manual activities and increase operational efficiency
Integrate security applications and platforms, including IGA and PAM solutions
Participate in the technical and architectural design of developed solutions
Apply best practices in software engineering, security, quality, and observability
Document solutions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues
Work within the IAM Automation function, supporting the company’s authentication, authorization, and access management processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with backend development using Python or an equivalent technology
Proficiency in automation, demonstrated through the creation of scripts, services, integrations, or workflows
Knowledge of system integration and API development or consumption
Knowledge of systems engineering and architecture
General knowledge of databases
Analytical mindset, collaborative spirit, and willingness to learn about identity and security
Experience with authentication and authorization systems is a plus
Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, or OpenID Connect (OIDC) is a plus
Experience with or exposure to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions is a plus
Experience with or exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions is a plus
Knowledge of Policy as Code applied to cloud environments is a plus
Experience with cloud services or platforms is a plus
Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code is a plus
Knowledge of access control models such as RBAC and ABAC is a plus
