About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for relationships with tire and windshield suppliers.
Monitor and follow up on delivery deadlines, ensuring that parts arrive within the timeframe required for operations.
Assess whether deliveries are being completed correctly and in accordance with agreed terms.
Analyze price variations and deviations over time, identifying significant increases and inconsistencies.
Compare prices among suppliers, identifying significant differences and opportunities for adjustment.
Support the team in resolving issues by using data and analysis to inform decisions.
Develop and maintain Excel controls, reports, and analyses to support supplier performance monitoring.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree.
Intermediate Excel skills, with frequent use for controls, analyses, and KPI monitoring.
Data analysis skills for identifying deviations, price variations, and inconsistencies in deadlines and deliveries.
Experience or familiarity with analyzing information to resolve operational issues.
Ability to work autonomously when making decisions, assessing scenarios, and proposing courses of action in accordance with the team’s guidelines.
Experience interacting with suppliers, particularly in monitoring deliveries, deadlines, and agreed terms.
Experience with control, monitoring, and information validation routines, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
