About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports used by the Vehicle Preparation for Sale team.
Develop new Power BI dashboards and visualizations according to business needs.
Monitor KPIs and support decision-making through data analysis.
Gather requirements from internal clients and translate operational needs into analytical solutions.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely updating of the information provided in dashboards.
Support the identification of improvement opportunities through the analysis of operational KPIs.
Work in partnership with different operational teams to understand processes and generate insights.
Prepare analyses and presentations using BI tools and the Microsoft Office suite.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed.
Experience in data analysis and dashboard development.
Experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing performance indicators.
Experience supporting internal clients and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Advanced Power BI skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting and developing KPIs.
SQL is a plus.
